Shipping Policy

  1. Free shipping is available nationwide, with an option for home delivery for an additional 20₪.

  2. Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 1–3 days for your order to be processed.

  3. Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after processing (some products are shipped from our overseas warehouses). Due to the war in the country, delivery times may take longer than usual.

    • For the avoidance of doubt, "business days" for the purposes of this policy are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official non-working days.

  4. After receiving your order confirmation via email, you will receive another notification a few days later when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  5. We are not responsible for any act or omission of the shipping company, and no compensation will be provided to the customer in case of delays caused by the shipping companies.

  6. Without limiting the above, the customer agrees that Little Angels shall not be responsible for delays in product delivery due to events beyond its control, such as strikes, system or communication failures, telephony or computing issues, acts of hostility, or force majeure, including war, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and the like.

  7. It is clarified that products will be delivered upon presentation of the user’s ID and the order confirmation number as received from the order system for the transaction, at the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator. It is agreed that the website operator and/or its representatives may request any additional identification, at its discretion, as a condition for handing over the items to the user.

  8. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any issued credit.

Please Note:

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the estimated time frame, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Proper use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if relevant) is critical to ensure timely delivery.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, misdelivered, or delivered incorrectly if the provided address was incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. Little Angels is not responsible for delays in the return of shipments to our warehouse.

All products from Little Angels are shipped from our overseas warehouses, so delivery delays may occur.
