Return Policy – 14 Days

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or not worn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at homey2260@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Customized or personalized items (such as special orders or personalized products)

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or not worn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
